Job Details:
40-44 hours per week
Mondays 8-4 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday 11-7 pm
Thursday 8-4 pm
Fridays 8-4 pm
2 x Saturdays 9-3 pm.
Dentrix Software experience is an asset

Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their individual needs
- Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using dental software such as Dentrix
- Support the dental team during procedures, including sterilization of instruments and preparation of treatment rooms
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth clinic flow
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols
Requirements
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental management software preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
