Busy, established pediatric practice seeking front desk receptionist for long-term employment - someone who needs a Dental Home! You possess excellent customer service skills (written+verbal+computer literate!). You are cheerful, a fast learner, can prioritize and work under pressure, and give it your ALL for excellence in patient care. The "right fit" for our small office is important. Please be open to constructive criticism, be flexible with cross-training, have a positive attitude and be adaptable. Reliability and paying attention to detail are essential and MUST-HAVE traits to work with us.

Requirements:

Dentrix proficiency and MS Word/Google docs literacy are ESSENTIAL
Experience in dentistry required - please be a "rule follower." Willing to train newcomers as long as instructions followed, constructive criticism accepted and improvement demonstrated
Respect for current Infection Control Guidelines (IPAC cert., PHO reprocessing), understanding cross contamination issues, should be meticulous to keep office clean!
*Follows all safety protocols in a healthcare setting without complaining (must be fully vaccinated against COVID and influenza and wear a mask properly)*
Be available to work during "busy" seasons and for regular office hours
Maintain positive interaction with patients and existing team members
Provide 3 References (MUST be from Doctors)
