Our hours are: Mon, 9-5, Tues,9-5, Wed, 9-6, Thurs, 9-7, Fri, 8-1 and one Saturday a month from Sept to May
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, compassionate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures
- Take and process digital radiographs (x-rays)
- Perform dental impressions, whitening trays, and other expanded duties within Level II scope
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and charting accurately
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (HARP certified )
- Current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, materials, and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in digital charting software (experience with [Cleardent is an asset)
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
