At Lynden Hills Dentistry, we improve lives through dentistry. We’re hiring a Clinical Treatment Coordinator who will help patients say “yes” to care by guiding them through treatment planning, insurance coordination, and scheduling—with empathy and structure.

What You’ll Do
- Present dental treatment plans in clear, calm, and encouraging language
- Review costs, insurance coverage, and payment options
- Handle pre-estimates, insurance claim submissions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments efficiently to support production
- Follow up on unscheduled or incomplete treatment
- Track case acceptance and overcome objections
- Communicate closely with dentists, assistants, and reception
- Provide post-treatment follow-ups for major cases
- Maintain compliance and documentation in ClearDent
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience in a dental office (clinical or admin)
- Certified Dental Assistant with HARP and ODAA (preferred)
- ClearDent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and patient billing
- High follow-through, structured, calm under pressure
- Excellent communicator with emotional intelligence and professionalism
- You take initiative and don’t wait to be told
