We are a general dental practice in midtown Toronto (Mount Pleasant rd). We offer an arrary of dental services such general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and specialized dental services with a high quality of care in a friendly environment to build long lasting relationship with our patient. We are seeking for an experienced patient/treatment coordinator to join our team.
As a treatment coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing daily interactions with patients and treatment providers. Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time; maintain appointment calendar. Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Maintain a professional reception area. Providing patient with treatment estimates, and tracking outstanding treatments. Obtaining insurance coverages and explaining treatments to patients.
Pervious dental experience in dental administration and reception is required.
