You'll work closely with clinicians and patients to support conversations around orthodontics and clear aligners — building trust, creating clarity, and helping patients commit to treatment based on the doctor's recommendation.
What You'll Do
- Run 15–30 minute aligner consultations (virtual and in-clinic)
- Educate patients on orthodontic and clear aligner options
- Guide patients from consultation through records, consent, and treatment start
- Support insurance and financial discussions
- Coordinate closely with clinics and providers
Who You Are
- Dental background (treatment coordinator, dental admin, or practice manager)
- Confident explaining treatment and influencing decisions ethically
- Strong at follow-up and closing loops
- Patient-focused, organized, and dependable
