We’re looking for a senior, motivated Dental Hygienist ready to step into a true lead role and help take a busy practice to the next level. Let’s be clear: the hygiene program is not fully organized yet — and that’s exactly why this role exists.
This practice has 35+ years of clinical history, a loyal patient base, strong demand, and a lot of untapped potential. We’re located in a high-traffic shopping area in NW Calgary with ample free parking and equipped with Cavitron, Airflow, iTero, and 3D imaging. The foundation is here. What’s missing is the right leader to build structure, consistency, and momentum in hygiene.
Your Mandate
- Deliver excellent preventive and periodontal care
- Build and stabilize the hygiene program (recall flow, standards, consistency)
- Lead by example and raise clinical expectations
- Mentor and support hygienists and clinical team members
- Work closely with dentists and management to improve workflows and outcomes

- Experienced Registered Dental Hygienist only

- Dentrix experience preferred
Compensation
- $60–$75 per hour, depending on experience and leadership skill set
