Bridlewood Dental Clinic is a patient-focused practice dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities
- Perform procedures including but not limited to: thorough periodontal maintenance visits, including scaling, polishing, fluoride, periodontal measurements and assessments
- Take and process dental radiographs while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment recommendations
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix and other supporting software
- Support efficient clinic flow by assisting with scheduling follow-up appointments
- Create a positive and reassuring experience for pediatric patients
- Assist with orthodontic care when required, including appliance maintenance
- Adhere to all infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Current and valid Dental Hygienist licensure with CRDHA
- Previous experience in a dental office setting; pediatric and orthodontic experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Dentrix or comparable dental practice management software
- Strong understanding of dental and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work well with a diverse patient population; bilingual skills are an asset
- Dental assisting experience is an advantage but not required
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and genuinely compassionate in patient care

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $55.00-$63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
