Position Summary
To carry on our legacy, we're looking for a dedicated, highly skilled, professional, Dental Hygienist with strong interpersonal and team skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures in accordance with the Alberta College of Dental Hygiene standards including:
- Scaling, root planing and polishing
- Periodontal assessments and charting
- Oral cancer screenings
- Taking and interpreting dental x-rays
- Applying cavity preventing products,
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive oral care
- Review medical and dental history and update records accurately
- Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to develop/support patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection, prevention and control protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe clinical environment
- Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Of Science in Dental Hygiene or a Dental Hygiene Diploma
- Current Registration/practice permit with the Alberta College of Dental Hygienists
- Minimum 2 years of clinical Dental Hygiene experience
- Current Basic Life Support Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
