We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. This role requires a strong understanding of dental office procedures, Office procedures, excellent communication skills, possible LIVEDDM software experience.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software.
- Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process patient payments and handle insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist with administration with front-end tasks.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office required.
- LIVEDDM dental management software experience.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care are essential for success in this role.
