Job Summary
We are a small, privately owned clinic looking for a part time RDH for 1-2 days a week. Days are flexible and no weekends. We are looking for someone who cares and takes pride in their profession ideally with a minimum of two years experience.
Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and digital dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using our modern cloud software
- Manage sterilization of dental instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Support pediatric patients with gentle care and effective communication
- Probing as needed
Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, excellent interpersonal skills, and compassionate bedside manner
- Understands general dental concerns and periodontal disease
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Time manangemen skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $62.00-$66.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
