Treatment Coordinator (Sales Consultant – Healthcare/Dental)

Pay: CA$39,578.91–CA$75,420.21 per year (Base + Bonus)
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 evenings/week (occasional weekends for events)
This is a SALES role (warm leads, no cold calling).

What you’ll do (your sales pipeline)
You will own the “sales” journey from interest → appointment → treatment start:
- Respond quickly to new patient inquiries and book appointments
- Build trust and put patients at ease when they arrive
- Discover patient goals and concerns (needs assessment)
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently (in-person + phone)
- Discuss financial options and help patients make decisions
- Close and schedule treatment (ask for commitment)
- Handle objections (timing, fear, money, value)
- Execute consistent follow-up on unscheduled treatment
- Track and report performance: calls, booked appointments, acceptance %, and value of cases closed
- Promote services offered by the clinic, in person and over the phone
- Represent House Dental at community fundraising/events as needed
Success looks like
- Strong case acceptance and scheduled treatment starts
- High follow-up completion and reactivation of unscheduled treatment
- Consistently hitting daily/weekly activity metrics and monthly targets
- Patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their decision
What we’re looking for
You don’t need dental experience (we can train dental).
You do need the mindset and discipline of a strong salesperson.
Must-have
- 1–2+ years of sales experience (client-facing, consultative preferred)
- Comfortable discussing money/financing respectfully and professionally
- Confident in asking for the decision (“Are we ready to book this today?”)
- Strong follow-up habits and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice-to-have
- Healthcare/dental experience
- CRM/pipeline tracking experience
- Proven performance metrics (close rate, revenue, units, etc.)
