Duties
● Provide screening and oral health assessments
● Document patient health history
● Update patient records and document treatment plan
● Perform preventative procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling and polishing
● Apply fluoride and other treatments
● Examine the mouth for any signs of disease or decay
● Provide oral care instruction and education to patients
● Take x-rays
● Consult with dentist on patient care
Requirements
● Registered Dental Hygienist
● Clinical experience
