Bow Trail Dental is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our collaborative, patient-focused team.
This role is ideal for a dental professional who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment, coordinating care, and ensuring every patient experience is organized, supportive, and seamless. Our treatment coordinators play a key role in guiding patients through their care and supporting the clinical team.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients, highly organized, and enjoys being an important part of a collaborative dental practice.

In our practice, treatment coordinators work closely with doctors and clinical team members to help patients understand their care, coordinate treatment scheduling, and feel confident moving forward with recommended treatment.

Responsibilities
Reviewing treatment recommendations with patients and answering questions
Helping patients understand next steps and coordinating treatment scheduling
Supporting patients with insurance questions and coverage understanding
Communicating with patients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment Working chairside and supporting patient education
Supporting smooth patient flow and coordination between the front desk and clinical team
Contributing to a professional and supportive team environment

Surgical procedures

Composite bonding
Invisalign
Cosmetic dentistry
Bioclear techniques

Schedule for This Role
Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (approximately one per month)
All shifts include a scheduled 30-minute break.
Our clinic also offers a large team lunchroom with a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee machine, along with lockers for personal belongings.
