What the Role Looks Like
- Full-time opportunity
- Days, evenings, and weekends required
- Located in Toronto, ON
- Compensation: $55–$60/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application
- Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies
- Create a comfortable, elevated experience for every patient—focused on trust and attention to detail
- Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care
- Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care
What You Bring
- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
- Registered and in good standing with the CDHO
- Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA)
- IPAC certification
You’re also someone who:
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule
- Brings a calm, polished, and patient-first approach to every interaction
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Is comfortable with dental software and digital workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience with iTero scanning and whitening services (e.g., Zoom)
