About the Role
We are a growing mobile dental hygiene practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in long-term care communities and private home settings.
This role is ideal for a hygienist who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient relationships, and who is passionate about supporting individuals who face barriers accessing traditional dental care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing dental hygiene care to residents in long-term care and assisted living communities
- Delivering care to homebound patients in private residences
- Working independently in a mobile setting with full clinical autonomy
- Building relationships with care teams, families, and patients
- Utilizing cloud-based dental software for charting and documentation
- Collaborating with our team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with BCCOHP
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach—experience with seniors and/or dementia care is an asset
