We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong dental and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with dental terminology . This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional front desk support, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows. Prior experience with dental office procedures, including must be familiar with Abeldent and Recall max, is highly preferred. Our Administrators play a key role in supporting both clinical and administrative staff to deliver outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments . Understand the structure of dental administration.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and efficiently, directing calls as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records, verify insurance information, and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely appointments and minimal wait times
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist .
- Familiarity with electronic billings, insurance etc.
- Knowledge of terminology relevant to dental care and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance providers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience working in a dental office environment preferably minimum 2 years
- Abeldent and recall Max ( Recall Assist) strongly preferred.

Mondays 7:30-8
Tuesdays 7:30-6
Wednesdays 7:30-6

Thursdays 7:30-6
Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
