Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dental Dental Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in office software, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations and customer service care. Experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Implementing efficient working processes, schedules and procedures
- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Making financial arrangements and collecting payments from providers;
- Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable organizing and maintaining the daily emails
- Maintaining day to day operations
- Proficient in Microsoft software
- Shipping/Receiving Dental Cases
Experience
- Expert customer service skills with the ability to talk to anyone.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate messages
- The ability to process payments
- Previous experience working in dental office is an assset
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
