Your Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, recalls, and follow-ups
- Process payments and insurance claims accurately
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk
- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming patient experience
- Support daily flow and communication within the team
What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- A proactive, dependable, and positive attitude
- Professional and confident presence
- Experience with Dentrix (asset)
