Locations Breakdown
British Columbia
We are hiring in multiple high-demand communities across the province, including Vernon, Kelowna, Williams Lake, and Sidney. Vernon offers a growing Okanagan community with strong family-oriented patient demand and steady year-round flow. Kelowna is a major hub in the Okanagan with high patient volume, diverse procedures, and strong earning potential. Williams Lake provides a stable practice environment serving a broad regional population, ideal for dentists seeking autonomy and community impact. Sidney is a coastal Vancouver Island community offering a relaxed lifestyle with consistent patient demand and a loyal patient base.
Manitoba
Opportunities are available in Winnipeg and Roblin. Winnipeg is a major urban center with high-volume clinics, diverse patient needs, and strong production opportunities. Roblin is a smaller community practice environment with strong patient loyalty, lower competition, and excellent work-life balance.
Ontario
Opportunities are available in Ottawa, Fort Frances, and Little Current. Ottawa is a large metropolitan market with significant demand, advanced clinical exposure, and high earning potential. Fort Frances is a US border community with steady patient flow and strong community-based dentistry opportunities. Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care. You will perform restorative, surgical, and general dentistry procedures, educate patients on oral health and long-term treatment planning, maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with provincial regulations, and work collaboratively with dental teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable province. Strong communication and patient care skills are required, along with a commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
