What You’ll Do
- Clinical Mastery: Provide expert chairside assisting for both general dentistry and complex specialty cases.
- Digital Innovation: Utilize advanced systems including CEREC, Exocad, and 3D printing for inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges.
- Diagnostic Excellence: Capture high-quality SLR photography (with soft boxes), digital X-rays, and comprehensive charting.
- Patient Advocacy: Prepare and present accurate treatment presentations, navigate insurance estimates, and ensure patients feel informed and cared for.
- Lab Workflow: Manage dental laboratory workflows and operate cutting-edge CAD/CAM equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (Required).
- HARP Certified (Required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in dental assisting (Required).
- Digital Workflow: Experience with CEREC, Exocad, 3Shape, Trios, or iTero is strongly preferred.
