We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a team-driven setting.
About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in preventive care, patient education, and overall patient experience. This position is ideal for a clinician who values quality care, strong communication, and efficiency within a well-structured practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings with he EMS dental cleaning system (often paired with Guided Biofilm Therapy, or GBT) is a modern, high-precision, and minimally invasive prophylaxis method.
- Dental radiographs as required with our digital system
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Accurately record clinical findings and treatment notes using Tracker software
- Support patient examinations and assist the clinical team as needed
- Maintain efficient patient flow and schedule integrity
- Ensure compliance with CDHO and IPAC sterilization and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Previous dental office experience
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly with focus on high level patient care.
Additional Assets
- Experience with Tracker
- Experience in orthodontics, pediatrics, or specialized procedures
- Bilingual (Russian-speaking candidates are considered a strong asset)
- Strong patient education and case acceptance skills
Technology & Systems
Experience with Tracker is highly preferred. Candidates unfamiliar with the software must be willing to complete independent learning and training as part of onboarding.
Schedule
- Combination of morning and evening shifts
- Alternate Saturdays required
