Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures, and proficiency with dental management software. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, maintaining high patient satisfaction, and supporting staff development. The Dental Office Manager will coordinate administrative tasks, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff, including scheduling, billing, and patient communication
- Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
- Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claims processing utilizing Abeldent or similar dental management software
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to dental practice operations
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management to optimize clinic efficiency
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed and facilitate communication between team members
- Implement policies to improve workflow efficiency and patient experience
Experience 2+ years experience as a Dental Office Manager (or strong dental admin lead ready to step up)

- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance coordination, and billing workflows
- Confident leader who can hold standards, solve problems, and keep the team motivated
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-service mindset
- Organized, tech-comfortable, and able to multitask in a busy clinic
- Experience with dental software is required (experience with Abeldent is a bonus)
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
