Overview
We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to relocate and join our team in the Cold Lake, Alberta area.
The position is based in a busy rural practice with a strong patient base and a robust hygiene program. We are transitioning an already busy dentist's patient base - the new associate will have no difficulty keeping a full schedule.
As a locally owned and operated practice, we are committed to building long-term relationships with both our patients and team members while providing comprehensive dental care in a modern setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct routine dental checkups and examinations
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members
Requirements
- Registered dentist with the CDSA
- Patient-centered approach and strong clinical skills, especially in endodontics
- New graduates are welcome, although an experienced dentist who can handle highly productive days is preferred
The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make the Cold Lake–Bonnyville area home and intends to remain in this highly productive role for at least the next 2 years. However, we are open to working with the right candidate who may have alternative work plans and we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $250,000.00-$550,000.00 per year
