Position Responsibilities

Perform thorough oral hygiene assessments, cleanings, sealants, and preventive therapy
Utilize Guided Biofilm Therapy protocols to improve periodontal health
Take and review digital x‑rays as needed
Complete Oral examinations
Maintain accurate, paperless charting in compliance with privacy standards
Collaborate with hygiene assistants to deliver optimal patient care
Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene techniques, and overall wellness
Uphold infection control and safety standards in the clinic
30hrs per week

Qualifications

Current registration/licensure as a Dental Hygienist in Alberta
Strong knowledge of periodontal disease, preventive care, and Guided Biofilm Therapy
Comfort with digital x‑ray equipment and paperless charting systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team‑oriented approach, with a willingness to work alongside hygiene assistants
