Ready to join a practice that’s all about patient care? A family-owned and dentist-ran dental practice in the Okanagan Area is searching for a Dental Office Manager to join our fun and growing practice!

This is a relocation opportunity within British Columbia, and we offer competitive wages based on skills and experience, a relocation package, a signing bonus, plus retention bonuses!

If you are:

Experienced with at least three (3) years as an office manager in a dental practice, skilled in managing staff and overseeing daily clinic operations.
Bringing a minimum of five (5) years of recent and continuous experience as an administrative or receptionist team member in a dental practice (adjustments to this requirement may be considered).
Proficient in handling accounts receivable, insurance claims, and pre-authorizations within a dental practice setting.
Knowledgeable with at least two (2) years of experience using Tracker software or a similar dental software.
Capable of effectively training and mentoring new hires while supporting the development of team members.
Comfortable managing front desk duties, including patient scheduling and communication.
Skilled in generating reports and managing budgets, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
