Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office and team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, with experience in supervising staff and managing administrative tasks.
Duties
- Manage the front office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and record management.
- Ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee the use of Tracker software for patient records and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage staffing needs, employee relations, and contribute to performance evaluations.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality service.
- Provide support for patients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication between front office and clinical operations.
Skills
- Proficient in Tracker or similar dental practice management software.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- One year dental experience preferred. Assistants welcome.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00-$39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
