Job description:
We’re a high-quality boutique specialty practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with a dental hygiene or assisting background. You’ll lead all daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient and referral satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and practice performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain daily office operations ensuring compliance with best practices, IPAC, HARP, RCDSO, and sterilization protocols
- Create office protocols and systems to track compliance and complete self-audits.
- Drive growth by expanding referral networks through strategic networking, marketing, event planning, and enhancing brand recognition
- Lead hiring, training, supervision, and ongoing development of clinical and administrative staff.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, CDCP, insurance claims, and accurate electronic medical records.
- Manage HR duties including onboarding, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Monitor budgeting, overhead control, and overall practice profitability
- Utilize dental software, data analytics, inventory management, and communication platforms proficiently
- Manage patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally
- Complete any administrative or clinical tasks that are needed to maintain highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience, preferably in a specialty or boutique setting
- Demonstrated success in increasing production and expanding referral bases
- CPR certification; current IPAC and HARP training
- Strong leadership, HR, compliance, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Able to pass a background check and provide professional references
Compensation:
- $35+/hour based on experience, credentials, and references.
