Your Role
Patient Experience Leadership
- Be the welcoming face patients see and trust throughout their journey
- Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence and clarity
- Build lasting relationships that make patients feel valued and understood
Practice Operations
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, phone calls, and the reception area
- Process insurance claims accurately and support patients through coverage questions
- Coordinate seamlessly with our clinical team for smooth patient flow
Growth & Innovation
- Use AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows and improve patient care
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Embrace learning opportunities in a specialty practice setting
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional presence
- Strong computer skills (dental software experience preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with punctuality and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to service excellence
