What You’ll Do
- Greeting and checking in patients with a welcoming attitude
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing patient records and ensuring accuracy
- Billing patients and processing payments
- Submitting predeterminations and insurance claims
- Following up on outstanding claims and account balances
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Supporting the dental team with administrative needs
