Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator/Administrator to join our front office team. The ideal candidate is friendly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing both in-office patient flow and virtual communications while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out experience
- Manage in-office patient flow to ensure efficient use of clinic time and space
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide information on procedures, services, and appointment preparation
- Maintain accurate patient records and support general administrative duties
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Uphold and deliver superior customer service at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
