Your Impact on Our Patient Experience (Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key partner to the dentist during a wide range of procedures, ensuring exceptional patient care and comfort.
- Champion our high standards of infection control by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art digital technology to take and process dental X-rays, impressions, and perform other lab procedures.
- Empower patients by educating them on oral hygiene and explaining treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring to Our Team (Qualifications):
- Required: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Level II with active HARP Certification.
- Required: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Required: Valid CPR/First Aid and IPAC Certifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for making patients feel comfortable.
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management abilities.
- Asset: Previous experience using TRACKER dental software.
