- We are looking for an experienced Dental Manager with 5+ years working in an Ontario Dental Office.
- Dental verbiage, knowledge of treatment coordinating and treatment presentations is a MUST
- Experience managing operations, team training, patient satisfaction, office policies and procedures, as well as budgets and financial targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A true and dedicated influencer and leader.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Dedicated to a high standard of patient and team care and with an understanding of a positive culture.
- Collaborate with and answer directly to the Regional Manager.
