Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive team environment.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize Cleardent software for patient management, scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate electronic dental records and ensure proper documentation of patient information.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance of the dental practice.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance patient care services and improve operational efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to foster positive relationships within the community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dental office management role.
- Familiarity with Cleardent and MaxAssist software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and experience supervising staff.
- Knowledge of electronic dental records systems and dental terminology is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
