The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of a dental practice. This role ensures the office runs efficiently, patients receive excellent service, and staff are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
- Oversee collections and financial reporting
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Implement marketing strategies
- Manage online presence and patient reviews
- Coordinate promotional materials and campaigns
- The position does not include: ordering sundries, accounts payable, or payroll
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dental administrative management
- Proficiency in Tracker dental software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with insurance billing and coding
