About Lynden Hills Dentistry
At Lynden Hills Dentistry, we care deeply — about our patients, our craft, and our people. We believe that dentistry is not just a profession, but a way to serve others through comfort, connection, and excellence. Our front desk team sets the tone for every patient experience. We’re seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Support professional who is organized, empathetic, and passionate about both customer service and dentistry — someone who finds meaning in helping others feel cared for and confident.
Who You Are
You’re naturally organized, reliable, and proactive. You find satisfaction in making things run smoothly and ensuring every patient feels valued and understood. You take initiative, follow through on commitments, and handle the unexpected with grace. You’re calm under pressure and have a genuine heart for service — the kind of person who loves to make someone’s day better just by how you show up. You believe in lifelong learning, appreciate systems and structure, and bring warmth and professionalism to everything you do. (Ideal Kolbe profile: Fact Finder 6 / Follow Thru 7 / Quick Start 5 / Implementer 4 — a natural organizer who serves with empathy and consistency.)

· Support the clinical team by anticipating needs and preventing bottlenecks
· Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain detailed digital records
· Go above and beyond to create a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere
· Represent the heart of our office with positivity, empathy, and initiative
