Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient dental office environment. Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized advice for maintaining optimal dental health.
- Assist the dentist during examinations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or other dental management software.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Manage patient scheduling, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages.
- We are looking for a candidate who is focused, approachable, has excellent communication skills and a great rapport with children and adults alike.

Schedule:
- 30+ hours per week.
- 4 or 5 day work-week with varying morning, evening and weekend shifts.
- Varying options may be available - to be discussed during the interview process.
- Evening and weekend shifts required.
