Your Impact as Our Dental Administrator (Responsibilities):
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the face of our practice. Your key duties will include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every patient, both in person and over the phone.
- Masterfully managing the practice schedule to optimize patient flow and provider time.
- Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients with clarity and empathy.
- Processing patient billing, payments, and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining pristine digital patient records and ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Acting as a key communication link between our patients and the clinical team.
What You Bring to Our Team (Qualifications):
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a dental office administration or reception role is preferred.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Organization: A passion for organization, with strong skills in managing schedules, lists, and priorities.
- Dental Knowledge: A good understanding of dental procedures and terminology is highly valued.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital office environments. Experience with Tracker software is a plus, but not required.
