Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour (based on experience) + quarterly and signing bonus
Who You Are
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Alberta
- Confident with Dentrix or other dental practice management software
- Clear, professional communicator with strong patient relationship skills
- Detail focused, organized, and consistent in charting and follow through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic
- Willing to work at multiple locations when needed and be part of a bigger team

What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care that aligns with best practices and clinic protocols
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients, helping them understand and commit to their treatment
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for all treatments and patient interactions
- Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to support efficient, high-quality patient flow
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture and help the team hit its goals
