We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Heritage Park Dental , a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our patients and our clinical team, helping ensure every patient receives clear, timely, and supportive guidance regarding their treatment plans. Your ability to build trust and deliver a seamless front office experience will be vital to our success.

- Schedule:
- Monday: 8–4
- Tuesday: 9–5
- Wednesday: 9–5
- Thursday: 11–7
- Friday: 8–4
- No weekends

Heritage Park Dental has been serving the community since 2005, providing a range of dental services including check-ups, digital x-rays, fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, implant placement surgery, and wisdom teeth extractions. What you’ll do:
- Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly, answering any patient questions
- Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow
- Process referrals and manage patient correspondence
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and next steps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Collaborate with the front office team and support general administrative duties as needed
- Ensure a patient-first mindset is reflected in every interaction
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 years of dental administration experience and 1 year of treatment coordination experience
- Experience and competency with treatment planning
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems; knowledge of Cleardent software is an asset
- Solid understanding of dental terminology, including implant procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player mentality and the ability to contribute to a positive team culture
