Busy, well-established non-corporate dental clinic looking for full time experienced dental administrator for a senior position within our team. Successful applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in an dental administrative role within Canada. Due to the pace of this clinic, new grads or administrators from non-dental backgrounds will not be considered.
We are looking for someone who is a team player with great communication skills, and has treatment coordinator and accounts receivable experience. Previous experience with Power Practice, MaxAssist (RecallMax), and Invisalign would be an additional asset. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry and loves what they do!
Duties would include but not limited to:
- general administrative duties such as answering telephones, scanning documents, faxing, and printing.
- Accounts Receivable, both insurance + patient
- Maintaining accurate insurance payment entries
- Chart Audits
- Treatment coordination including complex treatment plans
- Orthodontic coordination + billing
- Assisting management with reporting and performance tracking
- Systems & Protocol maintenance
- Assisting the training of new administrative staff
- Additional duties as needed
Our office is growing and we are expanding our administrative team to match that growth. This position gives 8 hours shifts with a paid 1/2 hour lunch, 5 days a week, and will include one evening to 7pm and alternating Saturdays.
