At Sierra Dental, we believe every interaction — whether in person or over the phone — should feel like a 5-star experience. We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is more than just organized: someone who is a natural leader, a dynamic communicator, and a master of creating exceptional patient experiences.
This is not just an administrative role. It’s about owning and optimizing thetreatment schedules, ensuring every patient feels valued, heard, and cared for — while keeping the schedule full, efficient, and productive. Think of it as giving our patients white-glove service with every phone call.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of schedules — balancing patient needs with practice productivity, with a focus on Treatment Coordination.
Deliver an elevated patient experience, ensuring every interaction feels warm, personal, and professional.
Use your superior interpersonal skills to build trust, encourage patients to book and keep their appointments, and reinforce the importance of preventive and treatment care.
Anticipate needs and remove barriers — making patients feel taken care of before they even step into the practice.
Partner with hygienists, assistants, and front desk to keep the day flowing seamlessly.
Support treatment coordination, insurance submissions, and follow-ups with precision and care.
Who You Are
A natural leader who inspires confidence and keeps things running smoothly.
A dynamic personality who thrives on connecting with people and leaving a lasting impression.
A skilled communicator with superior interpersonal skills, able to turn phone calls into meaningful patient relationships.
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
Experienced in dental administration and schedule optimization, treatment coordination, or a hybrid RDA/administrative role (2+ years minimum).
Familiar with ClearDent, Microsoft Outlook, and MaxAssist (asset, not required).
