In the role of Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the orthodontic team, assisting in coordinating patient care and treatment plans. Your primary focus will be on developing patient relationships and expediency of treatment implementation. Utilizing your core skills and experience in previous dental/orthodontic office settings, you will ensure continuity in patient care and communications. With relevant experience in dental office settings, you will contribute to the success of the orthodontic practice by supporting sales efforts and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties will include: greeting and educating potential clients, photography, intra-oral scanning, presenting financial options, creating payment plans, insurance handling & follow-ups. Previous experience in sales, dental and orthodontics, outgoing personality is required. Experience in Dolphin imaging and management not required but an asset.
