Are you a sharp, organized, tech-savvy dental professional who loves creating exceptional patient experiences? Our well-established, digitally advanced dental clinic in Southeast Calgary is looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our collaborative team.
This position is Monday - Friday, with 1 evening/week and 2 Saturdays per month, Monday off when working a Saturday because work life balance matters. This opportunity can potentially grow into a management position if desired.
Our ideal candidate:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment.
- Motivated team player who is willing to go the extra mile to make patients happy.
- Firm understanding of treatment coordination, pre-authorizations, insurance assignment, recall management, payment plan arrangements and all aspects of dental administration.
- Experience with sleep apnea and sedation are assets for this opportunity, but not required.
