Unique Opportunity to join our team in a Specialty Dental Office as a full-time Office Administrator /Treatment Coordinator ( Mon - Fri - no evenings or weekends). The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication, leadership skills and be comfortable with computer use, MS Office, digital technology and be adaptable to a high-tech innovative environment, flexibility to perform minor dental assistant duties when needed.

Some Roles Include:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance claims and billing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office clinical or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Dentrix is an advantage
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures is a must.
