We are currently seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is a key role for an organized, professional individual who excels at treatment coordination, patient communication, and insurance management in a busy dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and manage treatment planning for a large active patient base (3,400+ patients), 3 dentists, an endodontist and denturist.
- Establish and implement best practices for treatment planning and patient follow ups within the administrative team
- Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, ensuring patients understand their options and next steps
- Follow up on outstanding and unscheduled treatment in a timely, patient-centered manner
- Manage insurance submissions and patient insurance packages, including assignment of benefits
- Ensure accuracy of treatment estimates, insurance breakdowns, and scheduling
- Oversee front-desk workflows and support daily office operations
- Maintain organized, accurate patient records and administrative systems
- Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a dental office management and/or treatment coordinator role. Experience as a dental assistant or dental hygienist is a significant asset.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and assignment of benefits
- Proven ability to manage high patient volume in a busy dental practice
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
- Confident, professional, and patient-centered communication style
- Experience with dental software (Abeldent, Tracker, Dentrix, or similar)
