Your Impact as a Leader (Responsibilities):
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency, consistency, and continuity of care
- Leading, coaching, and supporting both clinical and administrative team members through a hands-on and collaborative leadership approach
- Upholding a high standard of patient care and service throughout the entire patient journey
- Overseeing scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient financial processes, and stepping in to support these functions as needed to ensure smooth office operations
- Monitoring office performance, budgets, and key operational indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
- Acting as the primary point of communication between staff, providers, and patients
- Addressing performance matters, resolving concerns, and fostering a respectful, accountable, and team-oriented workplace
What You'll Bring to the Team (Qualifications):
The successful candidate will bring:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a dental practice, with progressively increasing responsibility in administrative and operational functions.
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role, including acting, interim, or equivalent leadership experience within a dental setting.
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced clinical environment, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and support diverse teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing workflows, financial oversight, and operational reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Assets:
Experience with TRACKER Dental Software and advanced treatment coordination.
