Mic Mac Dental Centre – Dartmouth, NS
Mic Mac Dental Centre is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy multi-practice dental facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This is a leadership position responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of a shared facility that supports eight dental practices and over 50 team members. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, skilled at coordinating staff, finances, and facility operations.
This role works closely with the clinic partners, bookkeeping and accounting teams, and dental personnel to ensure the practice operates efficiently and professionally.

Duties
- Manage daily office operations
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Handle and/or support human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize practice efficiency
- Implement policies and procedures to improve office productivity and patient satisfaction
Assets
- Proven experience in management; supervisory experience preferred
- Background in human resources management within a healthcare environment
- Experience with budgeting and accounting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
