Alta Dental Studio, privately owned is on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Dental Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team as our clinic is expanding and adding to our team! We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and bring strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude. A minimum of 1 years of front office dental experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment coordination
- Insurance verification and coordination
- Scheduling appointments for both doctors and hygienists
- Payment processing and collections
- Insurance Account Receivables
- Additional administrative duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: Starting from 31.00 per hour (based on skills and experience).

Schedule:
- Full-time, permanent (32–40 hours per week)
- 8-hour shifts - We are opened Monday through Saturday

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of dental front office experience
- Experience with dental management software. Cleardent preferred
- *Mandarin and Cantonese language an asset although not required.*
