- Provide clear daily direction and oversight for the front office team
- Maintain active awareness of the daily schedule and patient flow
- Identify opportunities and risks within the schedule and address them in real time
- Handle operational issues quickly as they arise

Systems & Administrative Oversight
- Maintain accuracy in billing and payment entry
- Manage Accounts Receivable and insurance follow-ups
- Ensure financial and administrative protocols are followed consistently
- Identify recurring issues and implement structured solutions to prevent repetition
Culture & Accountability
- Set clear expectations for team responsibilities and performance
- Ensure consistent follow-through and accountability
- Address performance gaps and reinforce office standards
- Support a positive, organized, and professional office culture
Key Leadership PillarsFloor General
Provide daily operational command and leadership within the practice by maintaining awareness, direction, and support for the team throughout the day.
Driver of Numbers
Monitor key financial indicators including production, collections, and accounts receivable while maintaining awareness of the practice’s overall performance.
Schedule Management
Protect and maximize the schedule by identifying gaps, supporting scheduling efficiency, and ensuring the team prioritizes productive appointment flow.
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management required
- Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance, and accounts receivable
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dental practice management software ( Tracker) is a must.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
